The first indoor Parkour gym in the UK. We specifically designed the gym to allow us to teach Parkour and Ninja moves in a safe way. Founder Ruel Dacosta has been Practicing Parkour since 2000 and teaching since 2003 and he has developed a training course to teach students of all levels and abilities. This has become one of the companies core values. Along with positive role models and respect.
