Opened in 2010 as Phoenix MMA, Parity Martial Arts and Wellness has gone from strength to strength, training everyone from complete beginners and hobbyists through to international and professional athletes competing in some of the largest organisations in Europe. Our coaches dedicate their time to helping adults and children thrive, gaining confidence by learning new skills and practicing healthy habits to attain better physical and mental health outcomes.
