Performance Elite - located in the heart of Reigate at the newly refurbished Old Reigatians Rugby club. We focus on training your body to perform and work to the best of its ability. We break down the key functions to get you performing to your elite self. We first start by looking at any corrections or weaknesses that you may have within your body. From there we can decide what needs to be done for you to move better and perform better in everyday life. This, teamed with fuelling your body with the right nutrients and supplements to aid your chosen goal will put you on the path to long term health, fitness and vitality. We like to look at our clients as athletes and when given the right exercise and program planning.
