We are a compact, well equipped, diverse gym that likes to cater to our local communities fitness needs. We offer 24 hour, members only access. We have a great range of digital cardio, assisted weight lifting and free weights. We offer personal training sessions, boxing training and have a mezzanine studio separate for these sessions. We also have a sunbed room and toilet facilities.
