The gym boasts a range of equipment, from excite live cardio equipment to a mixture of Techno and Primal plate and pin loaded equipment. Our dumbbells go all the way up to 70kg, with plans to add further weights in the future. The gym is home to a variety of personal trainers who are ready to support you in achieving your fitness goals, they even offer classes within our class timetable. Our changing facilities are open 24 hours a day and we have disabled changing facilities too.
