Physical Formula is a functional Fitness Studio based in Leamington Spa. We provide many services including: Small Group Personal Training, 1:1 Personal Training & Classes We specialise in improving fitness levels, strength and conditioning, performance coaching, injury prevention, postural activation and correction, personal training and, private coaching. Our team are highly experienced within the fitness arena with a wealth of knowledge to support our clients. We have built a strong community of like-minded individuals that support each other. As coaches we pride ourselves on the methods of our training. We focus on foundational movement and ensure that whatever you choose is entirely tailored to you. No goal is too big or too small!
