Built around the revolutionary PowerWave(r), Hubs operate on a class-based model of 20-minute workouts designed to train for cardio, strength, power and speed. Classes run every 45 minutes and new workouts are added daily, so training is accessible and easy to fit into busy schedules. Monthly unlimited or non contract flexible memberships are available including PAYG. Members can also book in for one-to-one training sessions and purchase official PowerWave(r) equipment at the Hubs.
