Primal Fitness Studio was born in 2012 with the aim of using the 6 principles of primal movement; pull, push, twist, squat, lunge and gate (run). Boxing is a massive part of Primal and our instructors have been training in boxing and Thai boxing for over 20 years and qualified Boxercise and Box 'n' Burn and Hatton Academy instructors. With brand new Primal Boxing Club We've been teaching fitness classes since 2005 and we are qualified level 3 personal trainers. We've worked for many organisations including Leicester Tigers Community Project, Melton Mowbray Council, MMRFC Rugby Club, boxing gyms in Vancouver, and Dublin and Thailand, and a bunch of schools in the local area.
