ReformMe is Formby's boutique style Reformer Pilates Studio providing small, expertly taught group and private Reformer Pilates classes to men, women & families in a warm, friendly and welcoming environment. We have male & female instructors and specialise in Dynamic Reformer and Reformer for Absolute Beginners. One of the very first male Reformer Pilates Trainers in the Formby, Liverpool & Southport areas, our Studio Director Chris has many years sporting experience, is a level 3 certified personal trainer and qualified in Dynamic Reformer at London's prestigious Tens Academy. Chris and his family experienced first hand the enormous impact of Reformer Pilates and became so passionate to share this with others, ReformMe was born.
