Based in the heart of Allesley Village, we are a family run business offering fitness classes, personal training, gym facilities, reformer pilates, sports massage and injury rehab. We have recently also become an official HYROX gym, offering classes by our accredited HYROX trainers. We welcome everyone from fitness enthusiasts to total newbies and pride ourselves on being a family friendly facility.
