We are a Nottingham-based Martial Arts School dedicated to developing the skills and abilities of our team members and strengthening our community. We work with participants to help improve confidence and fitness as well as mental and physical wellbeing in our friendly state-of-the-art gym in Beeston. We deliver Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes throughout the week for adults and children at all levels: whether you're a beginner looking for a recreational activity, an athlete wanting to compete or you want to improve your fitness levels with some self-defence skills thrown in.
