We provide outdoor group fitness classes in Farnborough and the surrounding areas. Our sessions are suitable for all levels of ability, from the complete beginner to the more serious athlete. Our coaches come from a variety of background, including the British Armed Forces. Qualifications that include British weightlifting level 3, level 3&4 personal trainers and even a sports psychologist! Everyone that comes along is given a free trial to use on any session of their choice.
