We are a Martial Arts & Conditioning Gym in Rochdale. We offer Classes for Adults in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Muay Thai & Judo. Our Kids Martial Arts include Kids Boxing, Kids Judo, Kids Muay Thai and our Flagship Programme Growing Gorillas Kids BJJ. We are part of the World Wide SBG community which boasts World Class Gyms in the UK, USA, Ireland, Europe, Africa & Asia!
