Based on cardio, callisthenics, functional movement and conditioning. 7pm Bootcamp Tuesdays with coach kev 6pm Boxing technique, pads pairs etc 7pm strength camp Wednesday's with coach Chris 6pm Boxing fitness 7pm Bootcamp Thursdays with coach kev 6pm boxing technique & sparring 7pm strength camp Friday - No classes. Personal training sessions only! Saturday with coach kev 9:45am Hybrid class. A mix of everything including cardio, strength, stamina and boxercise Sunday with coach Kev 9:45am Boxing fundamentals includes - footwork - Combinations - Defence - Distance - Technique
