This is a small business that focuses on health fitness and well-being. We train outdoors in natural environments, whenever possible, to help boost mental well being and only celebrate success. We offer packages for 1, 2, or 3 sessions a week and also have our 12 week KICK-START, if you want a more structured plan to start living a more healthy lifestyle. We are also keeping the price low to make health and fitness more affordable. We also offer sports / remedial massage to keep your body in tip top condition.
