Solace Gym is a machine and group exercise gym situated on the Liddington Industrial Estate in Leckhampton. Free parking. Machines, cardio equipment and free weights. Daily instructor led group exercise classes, our Solace sessions are always different and always fun. Also parent/baby fitness, kid's classes, pilates, yoga and dance fit. Classes start at 6:15am and run to 6:30pm Mon - Fri, also Weekend morns. Gym open 6am - 10pm daily We welcome everybody and focus on the huge mental health benefits of exercise, as well as the physical. Neurodiverse, LGBTQIA+ friendly.
