Hi, we are SpinBox! A Shipley based indoor cycling studio aimed at helping you achieve your fitness and wellness goals using heart rate-based Studio cycling classes geared to your ability. This allows both those new to exercise, and those with a negative attitude toward training, to compete against the most important person in their life, themselves! So mixed ability groups can train together, toward the same goals, without exclusion. SpinBox levels the playing field without lowering the bar.
