From fitness testing, in our state of the art sports science laboratory, which provides a wealth of information such as your Vo2 max, aerobic threshold, lactate threshold, aerobic capacity, to swimming technique sessions in our top of the range Endless Pool. You will leave knowing how hard to train and where your weaknesses lie will help you become a better athlete. We also offer sports medical services, with an in house GP, fully qualified sports therapists and a top of the range gym to ensure you return from injury rapidly, offering shockwave therapy, acupuncture and sports massage.
