Independent family owned gym with a family atmosphere. 30 cardio stations, dumbbells from 1kg to 100kg, extensive resistant & free weights. Sauna and free parking. Our members range from 12 to 80 years old, from those wanting weight loss, to body builders wanting to weight gain. We have a separate Ladies Only Gym, with it's own sauna!
