TGS GYMS are a group of Private Members Clubs across Nottinghamshire with full state of the art fitness equipment and studio space for fitness classes & Personal Training. We also host a varied range of fantastic group classes all based in a private, friendly training environment. Our sites are partly manned which means at times there will be NO staff on site. There are Emergency buttons around the gym in case assistance is needed at any time.
