Boxing and fitness classes, for everyone! We run many types of classes at the boxing lab! From boxing competitively, to box fit, and boxing circuits with LED lights and great music! We have circuit classes, dance classes, for adults and children! We have a huge variety of classes available suitable for all! We are the boxing studio which is clean, welcoming, friendly, and open to all!
