The Reformer Studio offers Reformer Pilates in the centre of Nottingham, An inner-city holistic retreat for mind, body, and soul. Walk through our doors and instantly feel the stress and tension of city life melt away. We offer a sanctuary, an escape from everyday life and a place to allow your body to take what it needs to restore, be it physical or emotional. Built on the foundation that everybody is somebody, we encourage body positivity and aim to bring you the tools to deal with whatever cards you are dealt. We provide you with the supportive network to really make a difference to your full-body health, to challenge yourself week after week and see the growth you are really capable of.
