Our mission is to create a motivating, and friendly gym space for everyone to train regardless of fitness level, age, or experience. On the ground floor you can find our fully equipped gym , nutrition bar and class studio. Re-energise with our Zumba class, revitalise with Yoga or join one of over 25 classes to experience a fun-filled group training session. Refuel at the nutrition bar with a healthy and delicious meal or protein shake. Whatever your goals - we are here to enhance your journey. On the first floor we have our hair and beauty, lounge with relaxing treatment rooms for all your wellness needs, private sauna and sunbed. Offering a range of beauty treatments, holistic massage, physiotherapy, acupuncture and more.
