The Therapy & Fitness Centre (previously The Leamington Therapy Centre) is a body wellness centre providing Injury treatment, Massage and Holistic Therapies as well as having its own studio offering Yoga, Pilates & Fitness classes. Established in March 2011, we have been helping everyone's aches & pains from sporting & occupational injuries, pregnancy & birth to cancer & palliative care. We use various techniques during our massage treatments these include soft tissue massage, fascial abrasive techniques (Rockblades), trigger pointing, compression, neuromuscular techniques, ultra sound, joint mobilisation, gentle manipulation, myofascial release and kinesio taping (Rocktape).
