Mixed Martial Arts and Fitness Facility for adults and children. We have classes in boxing, circuits training, hiit training, no GI submission grappling, kids MMA and adults MMA. Getting in shape, for competition or just for fun our coaches have years of experience in fitness and martial arts training, offering the opportunity to compete in some of the biggest UK tournaments and shows. Private lessons available.
