A complete Hammer Strength equipped gym spread over two floors consisting of a large variety of machines for each muscle group. There is also a cardio section included within the gym. The gym has a very relaxed, friendly atmosphere and is family owned and run. We also run fully certified courses in fitness instruction and personal training and tuition in anatomy and physiology. Prices : PS20 a month on a standing order or if not wanting to commit PS22 casual month PS5 for a day pass both cash
