Welcome to Unique Health & Fitness, a local, independent gym! We've been serving the community for over 25 years with the goal of providing a safe and welcoming environment for people of all fitness levels. We have a wide variety of equipment and spaces suited for strength and endurance training. Our assortment of machine weights and free weights will fulfill your workout needs, allowing you to target each of the major muscle groups, while our cardio suite, equipped with treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, and stair steppers, is bound to improve your cardiovascular health. For our female members who value their privacy, we have a fully equipped ladies-only suite with most of the same equipment as the rest of the gym.
