We are Leicestershires Newest Gym offering a Full Gym / Functional Fitness & Fight Club all in an open plan space. With over 45 individual pieces of Kit including Cardio equipment such as Assault Bikes, Cross Trainers, Treadmills & Tyres Flips. We have a Boxing Ring, Open floor & Martial Arts matted section for Grappling, wrestling, BJJ and more. Circuit classes available for all levels of fitness including Boxing circuits. Yoga & Pilates classes with our instructor who has learnt his skills from around the world. We have changing rooms and an area to relax in with a choice of supplements from Protein Shakes / Electrolyte drinks / Energy drinks or enjoy a Coffee and a chat with the buzzing UFFC community!
