Vibes Gym is the only 24 hour gym local to Shefford and the surround areas. We cater for people of all athletic abilities from beginners to advanced athletes. We have Personal Trainers on hand to give you the best advice and guidance whenever you need it and we pride ourselves on our friendly atmosphere and service. Our gym also has free parking and free WIFI for all our customers. We have many other facilities and services available to our Gym members, and the local community, including stand-up sunbed, personal training, coffees, protein shakes and a huge range of supplements! Our staffed hours are: Mon-Fri 8am-8pm Sat&Sun 10am-4pm The gym itself is open 24 hours a day. We are not staffed on bank holidays.
