Hi, my name is Lou Sams of "Zumba Heat" and I welcome you to my Zumba Fitness classes which I hold in Weymouth and Dorchester. My classes are for EVERYONE - all abilities, ages, fitness levels and genders. Whether you want to lose weight, tone the body, get fit or just make new friends then my classes are for you!
