SBG Cheshire is Wilmslow's first Brazilian Jiujitsu school. We are part of the world renowned organisation Straight Blast Gym International and use their tried and tested coaching methods. Brazilian Jiujitsu is a combat sport and a functional martial art that emphasises grappling skills to control and defeat opponents with maximum efficiency and minimum effort. BJJ is the best martial art for self defence and an essential component of mixed martial arts.
