I am an experienced and well qualified teacher (FrYog 2000, Birthlight 2003/4). I am also a teacher trainer with Birthlight running perinatal and women's health courses in the UK and worldwide. I teach regular Hatha Yoga classes at Spencer Yard which are beginner friendly, accessible, fun and welcoming. Classes include general adult yoga classes for both men and women, pregnancy yoga, mother and baby yoga for the workplace as well as individual sessions. My general yoga classes take place at Spencer Yard. Please check my website for all the current sessions for pregnancy and mother & baby yoga classes.
