Yoked Fitness offers personal training in small groups in a private green space within Higham Hill Park. Led by a certified personal trainer, strength coach, and nutritionist, these 45 minute classes pack a punch combining styles of traditional strength and conditioning, CrossFit, and strongman / strongwoman movements. Each session begins with an active warm-up, followed by a section of abdominal and core work, before we begin the main lifts focused on our major muscle groups (i.e. quads, hamstrings, glutes, shoulders, back, and chest). Each session finishes with a 10-15 minute 'challenge' aimed to increase your heart rate and stress your metabolic and cardiorespiratory fitness.
