We are a community gym and a social enterprise. This means we spend 'profit' on delivering fitness classes for young people. Energy gym has all you need to get fit - squat racks, pull up bars, cybex weight machines, a brand new life fitness cardio suite including running machines, curves, X-trainers, assault bikes, ergs, ski ergs, concept 2 bikes, hack squat, rig, prowler, dumbbell/bench area, kettlebells, ropes and so much more. We also have an outdoor heavy duty boxing bag area. We also member 'pods' - socially distanced areas where you don't have to share kit with others and are free to squat, olympic lift etc without interruption. Membership also comes with use of our free Energy Gym workout app. Cafe and unlimited Free Car parking.
