Boxing and Fitness facility providing a safe friendly training environment for people of all age groups. England boxing affiliated club. We have been helping people train and compete in boxing since 2010. Ee have a fully equipped weights and fitness gymnasium with weekly fitness and conditioning classes. We have a large team of qualified coaches and personal trainers who provide group and 1 to 1 sessions.
