Better Llanishen Leisure Centre is based to the north of Cardiff and has recently undergone a major refurbishment of the gym and studios complete with top of the range Technogym equipment. The centre boasts a fantastic swimming pool with wave machine and flume as well as a popular swim school for all ages and abilities.
