"A spacious and clean facility with excellent staff, though the swimming pool temperature needs adjustment. Many visitors appreciate the wide range of activities available, including a massive four-level soft play area and useful amenities like a Costa coffee shop. However, a recurring issue for some is the surprisingly cold water in the main pool, which can deter swimmers, especially children, and the parking situation can be challenging during peak times, with occasional overspill from the hotel impacting availability."
