At studio1 we have gone to great efforts to incorporate all the aspects we feel necessary for both the serious competitive athlete and the everyday fitness enthusiasts. We have a wide range of resistance plate loading & selectorised equipment which is excellently maintained as well as a separate floor incorporating a large amount of cardiovascular equipment, beauty treatment and sports massage. Here at studio one we pride ourselves on being a results based gym with exceptionally good member retention. We are not driven by how many memberships we sell we have a capped membership of 250 ensuring that all members always have adequate facilities they are not queueing for pieces of equipment & the gym has a bustling yet efficient environment
