Recently Valkyrie HQ has become an official HYROX Gym, as the location and equipment perfect for those looking to partake. We have an amazingly supportive community looking to have fun but at the same time put in the effort to achieve individual goals. Our fitness classes are very adaptable and we welcome all abilities.
